Our meditation cushions are perfect for increasing comfort during daily meditation, meditation scripts, or meditation classes.
Ambrosia Zabuton: Eight pounds of cotton batting are stuffed into a muslin cover and encased in a snug-fitting zippered cover made from 8 oz., 100% Polyester fabric.
A zabuton (pron. zah'-boo-tawn) is the foundation cushion for your zafu (round sitting cushion) or meditation bench. It provides essential cushioning for your ankles and knees when sitting cross-legged on a zafu or on a meditation bench. Years of Zen Center living have gone into the design of this mat.
No need to replace the entire zabuton if the cover becomes soiled. All zippered zabuton covers are washable and new covers may be ordered.
